Everything she does is built and shipped.
No roadmap slides. These are the parts that run on every call today.
- Appointments
- Books, moves and cancels. Every change is read back to the caller and confirmed before it happens, and a booking that changed in the meantime is refused rather than overwritten.
- Services and buffers
- List what you offer with a length and the gap you need before and after. The database itself refuses overlapping bookings, so two calls can never take the same slot.
- Caller notices
- Callers get a confirmation and reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before, by email and by text where texting is switched on. Every message carries a link to cancel.
- Cancel links
- Each link is signed, works once, and expires after 30 days or when the appointment has passed. Opening it only shows the booking. Cancelling takes a deliberate tap.
- Callbacks
- If your calendar or records are unavailable during a call, Mexy does not pretend. She apologises, tells the caller you will call back, and puts the request in your inbox.
- Knowledge
- Write down your prices, policies and hours. She quotes exactly what you published and nothing else. A question list shows what callers asked that you have not answered yet.
- Your CRM
- Connect a Google Sheet or your own webhook. Mexy looks callers up by their number, never reads out someone else's record, and logs every finished call back.
- Automations
- A brief after each call, a daily digest, reminders, leads scored by your rules, and signed webhooks to your own systems. Missed-call text-back is built and stays off until carrier registration is approved.
- Web search
- For general questions outside your notes, she can search the web when that is switched on for your business, and treats what she finds as unverified.

Tell us about your business
Your services, hours, prices and the way you like to talk to customers.

We build and test Mexy
We connect your number, calendar and records, then call her ourselves until she sounds like part of your team.

You get the briefs
Calls, bookings and messages arrive in a console and your inbox. We keep improving her from what real callers ask.
Built to be trusted with your callers.
Every line here describes something in the code. We do not claim certifications we do not hold. Read the privacy policy.
- Your business is isolated
- Every table that holds customer data is protected by row-level security in the database. One business cannot read another's calls, numbers or notes.
- Recorded and transcribed, on your terms
- Recording links and transcripts are stored only if you turn them on, and are cleared automatically after the retention period you choose.
- Signed, single-use cancel links
- Tokens are signed, expire, and are claimed in the database so a link cannot be used twice.
- Changes are confirmed first
- Moving or cancelling a booking needs a read-back and a short-lived confirmation token, so a misheard word cannot cancel the wrong appointment.
- Credentials are encrypted
- Connection secrets and webhook signing keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and outbound webhooks are signed.
- Personal data stays out of logs
- Phone numbers and email addresses are masked in application logs.
- Private console
- Only Automexa operators sign in, from an allow-list. A strict content security policy and HSTS protect every page.
Questions, answered.
Is it really an AI, and do callers know?
Yes. Mexy is an AI voice receptionist. She introduces herself by name, speaks warmly and plainly, and hands the call to a person or takes a message whenever that is the better answer.
What happens when she cannot help?
She says so, takes a message with the caller's details, and it lands in your inbox with the call. If you allow it, she can also transfer the call to a number you choose.
Who sets it up?
We do. Automexa is a managed service. We build Mexy around your business, connect your number, calendar and records, test it, and keep tuning it. There is no software for you to learn.
What does it cost?
Today Automexa is a managed service, so pricing depends on your business and call volume. Email hello@automexa.co.uk or call Mexy and we will reply with a plan, usually within one business day.
What is the wishlist?
A list of people who want a self-serve version. When it reaches 5,000 people, Automexa will release a SaaS version of the AI receptionist on a monthly subscription. Joining takes a name and an email, and the marketing box is optional.
Can I keep my number?
Usually. A number you already own can be connected so Mexy answers it. We confirm the details with you during setup.
Can I hear her first?
Call +1 505-422-4794. She is the same receptionist, set up as Automexa's own demo line.
Are my calls recorded?
Only if you choose. Transcripts and recording links are off unless you turn them on, and are deleted after the retention period you set.
Do you text callers?
Booking confirmations and reminders can go by email today. Texting callers and missed-call text-back stay off until the carrier's registration for business texting is approved, and callers who reply STOP are never texted again.
Hear Mexy for yourself.
Call her now, or join the wishlist: when it reaches 5,000 people, Automexa will release a SaaS version of the AI receptionist on a monthly subscription.
